This website is hosted by Vercel. STUDiiO does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Images, styles and scripts are served from this site.
Your trinkets
When you claim a trinket, STUDiiO stores your chosen name, email address, collection and consent choices. Your chosen name and collection total can appear on the public leaderboard. Your email, collection key and contact record are private. Choose a name you are happy to make public.
Remembering your collection
Playing uses a necessary first-party cookie lasting up to 30 days. Claiming or restoring your collection uses a secure sign-in cookie lasting up to one year. Local browser storage remembers recent play and dismissed invitations for up to 30 days. These are used for the hunt, not advertising or tracking across websites. Signing out clears the sign-in cookies; it does not delete your collection.
Occasional news
Joining the STUDiiO mailing list is optional and separate from claiming. We record the wording, time and source of your choice. You can withdraw it from your collection controls without losing your trinkets. Email addresses are not yet verified and no mailing campaigns are currently sent. Addresses must be confirmed before they enter a mailing-ready export.
Storage and your choices
Collection records are encrypted in private Vercel storage in London. We keep them while you keep your collection. You can export your details, change your news preference, or delete your collection from Trinket hunters using your signed-in browser or private collection key. Deletion releases your trinkets and removes your name and email from active storage. A non-readable, keyed suppression record remains to honour your choice. Encrypted operator backups are kept for at most 30 days and suppression and deletion choices are preserved when restoring them.
Film players
YouTube and Vimeo players connect to those services only when you choose to load a film. Their own privacy policies then apply. Direct links also let you watch on their websites.
Instruments
The Lab runs in your browser. Notes and patches are not sent to a server. MIDI exports are generated on your device. Sound begins only when you choose to enable it.
Server logs
The hosting service may process technical connection information, including your IP address, the requested page and the time of the request, to deliver and protect the site.
